this fun and challenging yoga style you explore from within, practiced with a partner and/or group we play with balance, trust, strenght, flexibillity but mostly we feel part of a community, the asanas are practiced in couple or groups of 3.

This style focuses on a seqcuence of stretches, working the energy lines in the body, helping to promote the lymphatic system and realeasing blockages on our energy field, it is practice in group with a partner or in a private session with the teacher.
